The Lagos State Government has intensified efforts to curb illegal estate developments along the Epe corridor, as announced by the Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Oluyinka Olumide, in a statement released on Saturday. In response to a directive from the state executive council, Olumide led a special joint exercise to address the issue in the specified areas on Thursday and Friday. The exercise targeted various locations including Alaro City, Okorisan, Igbodu, Molajoye, Shaala, Ketu, and Epe. Notices were served to estate developments such as Patriot Bay Estate, Smart City Estate, the Legend, Hilton Royal Garden, Greenland Estate, Legacy City, Isinmi Lagos, Dominion City, Topview Estate, and Ibi Alafia, among others.
