Team Kwara’s Ridwan Mustapha has won a bronze medal in the boys’ singles para-table tennis event at the ongoing National Youth Games (NYG) in Asaba, Delta State.
Mustapha, who displayed remarkable determination throughout the competition, was narrowly edged out in the semi-final by an opponent from Abia State. Despite the setback, the young athlete’s performance earned him and Team Kwara their latest medal at the Games.
The medal adds to Team Kwara’s growing tally in Asaba, reinforcing their strong presence in both able-bodied and para-sport categories at the 9th National Youth Games.
