Former Nigerian President, Olusegun Obasanjo, reaffirmed his commitment to agriculture by describing himself as "a mad man for agriculture" during his keynote address at the 9th International Trade Exhibition and Conference on Agrofood, Plastics, Printing, and Packaging held in Lagos.
