Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party in the 2023 general election, Peter Obi, embarked on a philanthropic mission during the holy month of Ramadan in Bauchi. On this occasion, he demonstrated his commitment to community development by donating a borehole to the Sabon Layi community, located on the outskirts of Bauchi metropolis.

During the commissioning ceremony of the borehole, Peter Obi expressed his heartfelt wishes to the Muslim faithful, urging them to utilize the last 10 days of Ramadan for fervent prayers for the country and its leaders.
