Oloro of Oro Kingdom Passes Away in Kwara, Leaving a Legacy of Peace and Development



In a somber announcement from Kwara State, the Oloro of Oro Kingdom, Oba AbdulRafiu Olaniyi Ajiboye Oyelaran, has passed away, marking the end of an era for the community.


The revered traditional ruler breathed his last in the early hours of Saturday, leaving behind a legacy of leadership and commitment to his people. Sources indicate that Oba Oyelaran, who was in his mid-70s, succumbed to a prolonged illness that had persisted for over a year.

In a statement issued by the Chief Press Secretary to Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, Rafiu Ajakaye, the Governor expressed heartfelt condolences to the family of the late monarch.
